Abruzzo is the birth place of Fermino and Mario, the green heart of Italy, home to Italy's largest national parks.  It is an area of spectacular beauty, of majestic mountains, ancient hill top villages,  rolling down to the Adriatic Coast. The cooking in Abruzzo is as diverse as it's landscape.  take a look at these images which capture the beauty of Abruzzo.

Spring is finally in the air, the days are getting a little longer and the new season flavours are almost here! 

Enjoy with us some seasonal goodies like fresh Artichokes, Asparagus, Avocado, Fennel and Radish.

Dear customers during the festive period we are open as usual from 5:30pm, so please come celebrate with us during the festive time and make a special date on Christmas Eve Monday 24th December for a wonderful cosy Italian evening with us at Valentino's.

We are closed from Christmas day 25th December and we reopen in the New year on Wednesday 9th January.  Buone feste!!!
